Gabrielle has almost 20 years experience working previously as a nurse. Over her past 15 years as a psychologist, she has drawn upon her wide interest in assisting people to reduce their distress and move towards wellness.
Her work is influenced by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness therapeutic approaches.
She is trained in pain psychology and uses techniques such as ACT and CBT to assist clients towards acceptance of pain and injury, moving towards more value based living.
Gabrielle enjoys assisting clients with a wide range of issues; with special interest in working with chronic health, chronic pain and injury management.
Gabrielle works commonly with clients with conditions such as Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Long COVID, Endometriosis and neurological conditions.

Kylie is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) with over 20 years of experience in a range of settings, including inpatient and community mental health and various community and family support agencies.
She is passionate about working together with clients (16yrs+) to navigate the challenges that life brings; helping clients get unstuck, finding shared ways forward to live a more meaningful, purposeful and functional life. She is trained in a range of evidence-based therapy approaches such as CBT, ACT, DBT, & EMDR. She intuitively integrates therapy approaches to offer a personalised therapy experience that is most appropriate for each individual.
Kylie supports clients who have a range of presenting mental health challenges such as troubling and overwhelming thoughts, anxiety and panic, low mood/energy/depression, OCD, BPD and interpersonal challenges. She has a special interest in supporting people to recover from traumatic experiences. In-person and telehealth appointments are available.

Ashley is a General Psychologist from Ontario, Canada. Ashley completed her Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) degree at the University of the Sunshine Coast Queensland. She is passionate about working with individuals across their lifespan, addressing a variety of concerns and helping them lead more empowering lives.
Her professional journey has provided her with extensive experience in multidisciplinary settings. She has worked with an NDIS provider, both in clinical and community settings, as well as in a high-school environment. Prior to her psychology career, Ashley served as a Support Worker in mental health and residential care where she gathered valuable insight into the many challenges individuals may encounter.
Ashley is kind and compassionate and takes a non-judgmental approach to therapy. She prioritizes the therapeutic alliance and building a solid foundation with clients. She is transparent with clients in a neuro-affirmative way - not wanting to change who the client is but rather helping them become the best version of themselves.
Ashley assists clients from age 10 years onwards presenting with Anxiety, Depression, ADHD and Neurodiversity, Behavioural concerns/ school avoidance, self-harming, OCD, Phobias, Emotion regulation and adjustment challenges.

Tayne is a registered psychologist who has worked across a variety of private and public settings gaining experience in supporting clients with complex and chronic health conditions, workplace injury, persistent pain, adjustment, anxiety, burnout and stress.
She has an energetic, warm and down-to-earth approach focusing on practical change that supports clients to work towards improved day-to-day emotional wellness. Tayne uses an eclectic approaching drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Interpersonal Therapy based approaches.
Tayne works with adults experiencing persistent pain, chronic and complex health conditions, workplace injury (physical injury sequelae and psychological injury) and mood disturbances via Telehealth.
